Room to pause, reflect, and find your way forward.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you're struggling with difficult emotions, coping with loss, facing challenges in a relationship, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of the way forward.

Whatever brings you to counselling, I'll work alongside you with empathy, honesty and respect, offering a safe space to explore what you're experiencing and helping you move towards positive, lasting change.

Counselling gives you room to pause, reflect and make sense of what's going on for you. In a supportive and completely confidential environment, you can talk openly, without fear of judgement. Together, we'll work towards a deeper understanding of your experiences, notice the patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, develop healthier ways of coping, and find a path forward that feels right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

If something is weighing on you (anxiety, low mood, a relationship difficulty, grief, or simply a sense of feeling stuck), counselling can help. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from having a confidential space to talk things through. A free introductory call is a low-pressure way to find out.

We'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you to counselling and what you're hoping to get from it, and you're welcome to ask me anything too. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll simply start where you are.

This varies from person to person. Some people find a handful of sessions enough to work through a specific issue, while others prefer ongoing, longer-term support. We'll review this together as we go. There's no fixed programme you're locked into.

No, there's no minimum commitment. You're free to come for a single session or for ongoing support, and to stop whenever feels right for you.
